7 Lights were seen illuminating sequentially over Goldsboro, NC.

Saw a dense cloud above Goldsboro NC that stood out on a clear early morning Sun had not come up yet. All of a sudden four large perfect circles began to illuminate a greenish color followed by 3 more circular lights illuminating below the first four. The 7 circular lights continued to illuminate and disappear over a span of a minute. The moon was not visible from vantage point. Cloud slowly dissipated after the event.
