2 bright star like lights with blue skies, hovered around, then faded out of sight.
Observed 2 bright white star like objects about 22 degrees north. They were about 8-12 inches apart with blue skies for back round. Moved up and down side to side. Hovered for 10 to 15 mins., then faded away to the north.
