Location: Washington, D.C. & Baltimore (between; on I-295), MD, USA

Shape: Triangle
Characteristics: Lights on object

Hovering airplane-like craft over I-295, between Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.

Hovering aircraft with white lights at the wing tips and red lights in the center. It was dark in color but looked like it had wings like a plane but was stationary in the sky.

There were many vehicles on the road at the time so there should be other reports/sighting.
