Strange light over the east side mountain tops.

I was looking out my window about 1:30am on 5/6/15 and notice two bright lights that started out a soft white and got brighter with time, even changed color, to a greenish over the east side of the valley up near the mountaintops.

Both light would light up in different areas of the mountain at different times.

I got it on video after a while they both came on at the same time.
