Caller was taking out trash, when he observed three greenish-yellow balls of light that dipped down out of the clouds. They hovered for approximately 1 minute, then they went back up into the clouds.

He telephoned the local police, the local airport, and the local television station(s). There had been several other observers to the phenomenon.
