Large triangle shaped object, emitting fluorescent light. Lights dimmed in my house from object.

While sitting in my office I happened to see a large triangle shaped craft out the window maybe 3 miles away. When it was flying by the lights dimmed in my house. The craft was emitting a very bright fluorescent like light.
