Strange glowing object seen in the sky, moving east to west.

first seen object coming from the west. it had a strange glow to it. It was moving slow at first, then speeded up. Then it hovered for a moment.

Then it took off at a very high rate of speed and was gone in an instant, like a blink of an eye…
