Two women witness 3 "huge, bright golden lights" hovering above water to NW of home. Objs. dimmed in sequence, disappeared.
Charlotte and a visiting friend saw three "huge, bright lights" hovering above the water to the west of their vantage point. They were golden in color.
The middle light dimmed, then disappeared from sight. Then the second object disappeared, then the third.
She will submit a written report.
