Shape: Fireball


Summary : Saw what I believe was a shooting star or space debris. It came down from North to South. Yellow/ Gold in color with a sparkling gold trail. It burned up before hitting the ground or passing over the horizon. I'm reporting this since I saw the July 4th 1997 event and thought it was local and found out later it was seen in three states.
