When I was a student at the US Army Signal School at Ft. Monmouth, NJ, in 1951, we could see targets on our radar scopes that moved in unexpected ways which we called rabbits. We were told not to tell anyone about them. To us, the instructors said that these rabbits were electronic quirks and not real targets.
Funny told not to report quirks on a scope…..why not? What would matter if you did? 😀
I guess, the question is, will Peter release the audio of dramatic calls to NUFORC some day? Obviously, the amount of audio must dwarf Bob Gribble’s collection from the 70s and 80s. So much fascinating history in those calls. Imagine hearing all the calls to the center on the 15th of March, 1997 from the Phoenix area, just as one example.
I sure hope the Phoenix Lights call is on there….the Case brief on that event is awesome.

Peter Davenport, from the National UFO Reporting Center, shared many weird and fascinating UFO reports along with audio from witnesses. Davenport started with a man describing a UFO sighting from Alaska in 1936. It had a blue-green glow and was shaped like a flat iron. Davenport noted how these reports have been with us for some time, considering this sighting was from the 1930s.
