I was outside of my apartment building have a smoke. When I saw a string of 26 lights going from west to east it went over i-275 and a wooded ares along side of the freeway.when over the apartment complex the lights went out from top to bottom. The sighting lasted 3 to 4 mins. All the lights were white the whole time.no sound heard during the sighting
