Spinning, changing, UFO.

It came east to west very slow then stopped. Just under, and to the side of, the moon. It was spinning, blue light in center and yellow electric like entry looking like spider legs projection out. It spun and then turned into a gray puff. A giant cloud which covered the entire sky came in from west to east and covered it and the moon.

I have video of it changing, spinning and of cloud that came in (8 minutes long)
