Black teardrop-shaped ring hanging in NE Queens, NY sky.

Saw a fairly large black teardrop-shaped ring "hanging" motionless in the NE Queens, NY, sky at 18:30 on 10/16/16. After 10 minutes it moved quickly further into the distance.
