Green disc light, floating around Revere Beach.

In September a friend and I were taking a walk along Revere Beach. We sat down and were looking out at the water. We then had to take a second look and reassure each other as to what we were looking at.

In the water a glowing Green Disc about 2 feet in diameter was skimming the beach and zig zagging along the shore. It traveled all along the beach then headed out. There were several other people looking at this thing in the water as well. I wonder if anyone else has witnessed this phenomena?
