20 small, perfectly blue and white, glowing circles.

Was driving into work on Route 5, between Palatine Bridge, NY, and Fonda. I saw 20 small hovering lights that made a complete circle about 5 feet off ground.

The lights were white and blue perfect circles, near the Iroquois Indian Reservation.
