Rapid moving blue light over NYC - Object resembled a DNA strand moving rapidly in a snake light pattern

Unidentified swirling light over NYC. The light was blue colored and moved like a house fly - not like an airplane or helicopter.

There was one bright end and one strobe end of the light. It was like the two ends were chasing each other.

The object resembled a DNA strand moving rapidly in a snake light pattern with bright blue flashing lights.
