Silver "pool noodle" high in the daytime sky, moving slowly and turning as if powered. Disappeared quickly. While driving to a Wendy's at lunch, object was seen overhead. Silver cylinder, too high to be tethered. Similar proportions to a pool noodle. Seemed to be flying, not floating. From the Wendy's drive through looking back to the North the object could still be seen, moving slowly and turning and/or rotating. After ordering the object was no longer visible.
