White disk shaped object hanging motionless in the sky then disappeared.

Twice I have observed the same object during the same time 10:00am and angle in the sky (north) (45 degrees) within the last two weeks. Disk-shaped, hanging motionless then disappearing in an instant. Last night also witnessing a fireball in the same vicinity approximately 7:10 pm. Very bright flash, silent then disappeared.
