Circle of Fog around the moon continually centered.

Approximately 01:03 before the time changed back to 01:00 on sunday morning I went out to see the full moon. While observing the Full moon there was a wide circle around the moon with the moon being perfectly centered. The circle was either fog or mist but the moon stayed centered, if the moon moved the fog moved with it.
