I saw a white light had a red blinking light was moving then stopped then stayed there

Last night at 9:00 I saw a figure which much looked like a star, but then it started moving then I thought...hmm maybe its a plane, but then it had a red light blinking on and off then it stopped moving for a bit then I thought it still was moving but it just stayed there.

Then my sister started to ask me, "brother what are those blinking lights, are those stars., "I said", "I don't know. then after that I went to bed
