Blinking lit flying objects seen every night in skies over my Area of sight in Sandy Oregon and move quickly about and with each other

Flying objects very bright colors on them red blue white moving back and forth to each other and are all over sky’s above Sandy Oregon to the east as well . Some twinkle like a star but when video taped you can see they are receiving and or moving to others in sky. There are also some that blink at each other in a communication style as when a plane of ours passed by them that’s when they flash same colors at the same time.
