Bright neon green boomerang wide v shaped craft hovering above ocean at New Symrna Beach FL

A boomerang/ wide v shaped ufo, the whole craft was a bright neon green light. It hovered above the ocean for a good 10 to 15 seconds to my best estimate, seeming to appear out of nowhere. It seemed to move in an unbelievable manner/speed and direction when it left. I will email a sketch of the shape
