1990s maybe earlier. I was sneering at ufos and my friend who I knew for 20 years said 'But remember I saw something.' They were in Seattle or Portland. It was night and his sister ran inside and pushed him out. 'There was a light going across the sky like a satellite and all of a sudden it shot up vertically.'
