Disappearing and flashing lights maneuvering and changing speed periodically

Three circle shaped lights maneuvered across the sky, going straight slowing down than speeding up every 3 or so seconds, the lights would also periodically disappear and reaper with a flash of light as if they were cloaking and un-cloaking.
