Driving westbound on hiway 50 and friend and I both noticed a light in the sky over sacramento/sunrise area in the sky above us. As soon as we both looked at it the light darted/shot away. We both said "what was that?." Seemed to disappear as soon as we both noticed it. Made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
