Driving east on 9 Mile over I-94 noticed a circular motion with white red lights bright hoving to the south east towards the water...nothing else in the air the lights going around the lights shooting Ray's if lights. On Monday May 20, 2019, heard a Sound a VIBRATION of a high frequency sound HEARD above the area
