|Orange sphere seen by at least two people from Vancouver, Washington, off to the Southeast over Oregon.
We live in Vancouver, Washington, and there is a very large, orange, round ball in the the sky that looks like it is maybe over Madras, or between Madras and Troutdale, Oregon. This is VERY large, if you consider how far away we are, because it's fairly large from where we are seeing it.
It has been in the same exact spot for at least 20 minutes now, and has not moved at all. We know it's not a star, as it is a totally different color than ANY of the other stars, and is much lower on the horizon than any of the stars. It's just hanging in the sky.
