Three red spheres.

Looking south west from spital.

Probably same height as commercial aircraft (Know this because a commercial aircraft passed through roughly the same airspace 10 mins after the sighting.

Three red balls of light in a horizontal configuration, hovering, no visible movement, silent with no engine noise.

Then each ball shot upward with incredible speed with a gap of about 5 seconds between each ball.
