Blue Sphere Orb flying down the street. Ground level + caught on video

I had a feeling to go outside.. Not for any particular reason, but the energy in the air felt pressurized. I went outside and was taking an Instagram boomerang of the rain and I saw a bright blue orb come flying own the street. I felt it before I saw it and after it passed I realized I also had caught it on camera somehow. It was perfect timing as a boomerang video is only a 1.5 second series of pictures bounced back and forth.
