Man reported he saw an emerald green cylinder for about 4 secs. while driving to work.

Witness known to us filed this report. Was driving to work heading W. on 62 at a point between Caborn Rd. and Gun Club Rd., when he saw an emerald green (like end of a pencil) object high up in his windshield. Was visible about 4 secs but he lost it when he had to look away. His wife (not with him at time) said someone else had reported an object on the radio station she listens to.
