Bright blue white red flashing orb in sky seen at night near Lawton, Oklahoma, November 20, 2017.

Stepped outside of my mom's & noticed a flashing light changing colors considerably brighter than any of the stars around it. It didn't really seem to be moving from the general area it was in, (like a plane or other aircraft wld.) It basically stayed in same general area..
