Oval craft observed along Arkansas River.

Oval craft observed along Arkansas River from east to west then zig zagged back toward Highway 9, before crossing Highway 9 and heading southwest toward Poteau and lost sight of it. Oval Craft had red light and made no sound and was low to ground about 3 times the height of electric lines.
