Walking home from 7-eleven only station in town. Due east near Venus on the south east side three light's. Green, blue, red. Noticed it wasn't moving, I believe it was stationary, seamed to follow the horizion. It was flashing unlike other stars or planets.

So once I got home I took my telescope which is only D=60mm F=700mm model RB-60 couldn't zoom in close enough to see shape. Though the light's were lined up in triangle postion. Note: noticed it for three months before this repart.
