Ufos and weather control

The night the event happened myself and and a few friends of mine were hanging out on our buddy's boat. Looking at the sky I notice a tiny dot crossing the sky. I notify my friends and all of a sudden we see over 15 of these tiny lights flying across our sky going in the same direction, next thing we know the clouds come and cover up the whole sky. This made me think that the government uses harp to also change wheather to cover up ufos and other mysterious actions taking place in our sky's..
