Orange Light seen moving around moon vertically

Saw a light right beneath the moon, thought it was a plane but it wasn't moving. All of a sudden it moved to the top of the moon and stood there for a few minutes, was a orange light, not blinking, seems to move vertical and not horizontal like planes do.
