| Myself and the accompanying witness work in a water treatment plant, as we were walking along the catwalk we noticed flashing lights above us, it would flash white lights then disappear for up to 10 seconds at a time. It was moving at a steady speed but after it would disappear it would reappear in a completely different location offset from its original course. It seemed as if an airplane was attempting to follow it. |
