| NEON GREEN STREAK OVER PICO FAIRFAX (L.A.), OVER FULL MOON. Green neon fell downward toward horizon. From Fairfax Blvd at Pico Blvd., traveling for 10 seconds east. Moon was large on the hoizon and rising, just past sunset. Before it hit the horizon it broke into bits of yellow light. |
