Orange light moving across sky

Husband and I were out back looking at the moon and Mars. I had my phone out using skymap. Suddenly we noticed a bright orange light under the moon right by Mars, took a pic, then a video.

It moved from east to west, completely horizontal - way below the clouds. No sound, no smoke trail. Car alarms were going off.

When it got to the far west in about 40 seconds, the light blinked out but the object could still be seen against the clouds until it got lost behind trees.
