Rectangular ship materialized north of Memphis, Texas.

On highway 256 towards Memphis, Texas around 2300 hrs. Saw a large rectangular ship materializing into our asmopheric dimension. Looked like a semi trailer very large. It did not descend it actually emerged from a rift or portal like spot about 200 feet above us as we drove towards Memphis, Texas.
