low slow flying unit, triangle shape with round orange lights on each tip. soundless.

I saw a low flying dark triangle shaped unit. It had round orange lights on each tip of the triangle. unit did not produce any type of noise. It flew at a slow rate of speed. Flew in direction towards San Francisco.
