Bright white light spot lighting up a cloudy area turned to green lighting cloud and gradually disappeared in a clear sky.

Driving from mabel and park to grant and 1st, there was a white light spot in a foggy area lighting the whole part but the weather is clear at that time. About couple minutes the green light gone and left as green lighting cloud, then gradually disappeared.
