Oval shaped bright light that seemed to hover back and forth then light would seem to go out and there would be a bright halo around it then it would get extremely bright again then begin to move The smaller one was pretty close to the big one but not as bright and not as active This activity happened on this date October 23, 2015. At 3:30 till around 5am In Jasper, Ga 30143 In north ga
