The light moved in a straight line, as it moved it got brighter then dimmer until it disappeared

I was looking at the sky while the blood moon eclipse was happening and I saw two stars next to each other. Then, as I kept watching them, one of the stars started to move in a straight line at a pretty fast pace.

It got brighter as it moved for about 2 seconds, then it started getting dimmer and dimmer, until it disappeared.
