On Tuesday, 9-15-15, my girlfriend and my self were in her back yard picking up pine needles. I'm always looking up at the sky, looking at different type of aircraft that pass over, and can tell what kind of aircraft is flying, but on this day I saw this object that was pretty high, was just like hovering and glistening silver, and sometimes a glow of red after a few minutes it just moved left and stayed there hovering and gleaming silver a few seconds later a plane about the same altitude flew by heading north west a few seconds later the object was still high in the sky and was over Fort Bliss I tried to get a pic with my phone but couldn't, a few minutes later the object that was heading east of El Paso just vanished.

I have never ever seen any flying object that could just hover at that height, just totally amazing. Thanks ((name deleted))
