Coming into Charlottesville off ramp, I noticed a square set of lights above the treeline,

I at first thought it was a plane but then I notice it had a beam of lights shooting outwardly, I had a ((word deleted)) reaction,

I tried to get my phone but I was coming off the exit so I turned around by the time I got back which took maybe 30 seconds it was gone..

I heard a rustling sound but saw nothing above the tree line.
