At a July 4 BBQ saw a sphere shape hovering over New Jersey near Newark airport. It displayed a bright Red & Green light. (not airplane or chopper) unknown if it was a drone.

Then it slowly descended after red green light fades out.

Have cell video taken from NY side of sighting.
