Bright blue light hovers then falls in Springfield, OR.

I had noticed a bright blue light outside my window hovering above the tree line at approx. 20:30.

About an hour later, I looked outside just in time to see it arch across the sky as it fell. My first thought was that a street light fell over, but I went outside to see where this light would have been, it would be far too high for a street light.
