I step out my door on this cold night, on new years eve and look around my yard and road, as usual i look at the night sky, and the FIRST thing I see (besides stars of course) is a very bright light that is gone with in mili seconds of looking at it, it was a flash before my eyes literally,

ive had maybe 2 times ive seen this same phenomenon. very intriguing to say the least
