Ribbon like object flies across the San diego skyline.

Me and some of my family members were on a San Diego bay/harbor cruise in the San Diego bay.

Shortly after the boat departed I saw this strange, multi-colored, ribbon like object slowly moving over the Downtown San Diego skyline. It seemed to be attached to a red-orange ball like object.

I told my family members and they all saw it. Some other people on the boat may have seen it.

The object was traveling at about 10 miles per hour. I watched it for about 5 minutes onto it disappeared beyond the horizon.

I took several photos on an IPad mini and I will be emailing one to you.
