Characteristics: Aura or haze around object, Left a trail

This is the second time I have seen this at night in the same exact place in the sky.

It was a bright green fire ball traveling toward the ground at a N.E. direction. There are no power lines or streets lights that high.

I would not be typing this if I had not seen it twice in the same spot.......within a month,
